Product works perfect! Looks exactly like I hoped, I gave it as a present. They absolutely loved it! It’s the holidays so shipping took forever, and there wasn’t a lot of customer service available, just automatic responses and I got left on read a few times. Thankfully it came in time for Christmas, and looked amazing.

The product was beautiful when it actually arrived. I ordered it as an anniversary gift for my husband. It said that shipping time was 2-3 days.
When I had no update after 15 days, I contacted customer service for an update. I was told that they were backed up with orders and that production and shipping could take 2-3 weeks total.
Another 2 weeks later with still no update, I contacted again expressing my frustration. At this point, the website STILL indicated no delay in production. I never would have ordered had I know it would take over a month to receive this.
The very next day I received shipping confirmation. I feel as though my order got lost and I am disappointed with how this was handled, but I am satisfied with the product.

I ordered mine right in when your TikTok blew up when you were moving to Texas. Originally I had hoped it would be here by October 17th, but that didn’t happen. it’s a nice little decoration to keep by your bedside, definitely stands out. it arrived today and i haven’t had any issues with it so far, the assembly was very easy, the remote works, and the lights are very bright. takes a little while to ship but if you need it by a certain date just email them and they’ll do their best put a rush on it. overall very satisfied! might order another one for a friend’s birthday in a few months
